90-day money-back guarantee. Even if the bottle is empty.

You have 90 days from the day your bottle is delivered to decide. Take your softgels every day. If you don't love how you feel, send it back, opened or not, empty or not, and get your money back. Most supplement brands give you 30 days and want it sealed. We give you long enough to finish the course, notice the difference at work and at home and decide.

How to do it. Email hello@tryselvi.com from the address you ordered with, any time inside those 90 days. We reply with the return address. An order number helps but isn't required. A person reads every email and answers.

When the money comes back. We refund the card you paid with, usually within 2 business days of the parcel arriving. If it takes longer, write again and we'll chase it from our end.

The fine print, in full. Send back every bottle in the order you're returning, empty ones included. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and there's no restocking fee. One guarantee refund per household. Orders shipped outside the United States aren't covered. Bottles bought from anyone other than us aren't covered, because we can't verify they're ours.

If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive. Email us a photo or your order number and we'll send a replacement.
